Change of registered office

Subject to lenders approval, on 20 November 2016, the Board of Directors of Sembcorp Salalah Power & Water Company (“the Company”) has resolved to change the registered office from Muscat to Salalah in Articles of Association of the Company.
The Company will seek Shareholders’ approval in an EGM to be held in conjunction with the AGM in March 2017.
