Sembcorp Salalah Power & Water Company developed, financed, built, owns and operates the Salalah Independent Water and Power Plant in Oman. The power plant is the largest and most energy-efficient power and water plant in the Dhofar region.

Sembcorp Salalah has been listed on the Muscat Securities Market since 8 October 2013.

Shareholders

Sembcorp Salalah is 40% owned by Sembcorp Utilities (Singapore), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, and 13% owned by Oman Investment Corporation (Oman), with others (including public shareholders) holding 47% of the Company’s issued share capital.
