Shareholders

Sembcorp Salalah is 40% owned by Sembcorp Utilities (Singapore), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, and 13% owned by Oman Investment Corporation (Oman), with others (including public shareholders) holding 47% of the Company’s issued share capital.

Technology

The Salalah Independent Water and Power Plant consists of a gas-fired combined cycle power facility and a seawater desalination facility.
