{"id":6452,"date":"2022-06-18T10:21:14","date_gmt":"2022-06-18T05:51:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sembcorpsalalah.com.om\/?post_type=tribe_events&#038;p=6452"},"modified":"2022-06-18T10:21:14","modified_gmt":"2022-06-18T05:51:14","slug":"board-meeting-2","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/www.sembcorpsalalah.com.om\/ar\/salalah_news\/board-meeting-2\/","title":{"rendered":"\u0625\u062c\u062a\u0645\u0627\u0639 \u0645\u062c\u0644\u0633 \u0627\u0644\u0625\u062f\u0627\u0631\u0629"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"content_container\" class=\"wrapper_inner\">\n<div id=\"content_main\" class=\"content_padright\">\n<p>The Board of Directors of Sembcorp Salalah Power &amp; Water Company SAOG (\u201cthe Company\u201d) is pleased to advise the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Securities Market and the investor community of the following material resolutions made at the meeting of the Board of Directors (the \u201cBoard\u201d) held on 15 February 2016:<\/p>\n<p>1)\u00a0The Board approved and authorised for issuance the Company\u2019s Financial Statements and annual report;<\/p>\n<p>2)\u00a0The Board approved the Code of Corporate Governance report;<\/p>\n<p>3) The Board proposed to distribute a final cash dividend of 3.5% of issued share capital to the Shareholders who are registered in the Company Shareholders\u2019 register with Muscat Clearance &amp; Depository Company SAOC on\u00a03 April 2016. The Company has already paid an interim dividend of 9.2% in November 2015.
